CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
1. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if production has not already started. If you need to cancel after production has started, you will be charged for the amount of work that has been completed at the time of cancellation. You cannot cancel an order if it has already been printed in full. Please call us at (501) 376-2200 during business hours if you need to cancel your order, to ensure no further work is completed on your job. If you sumbit your cancellation through email, there may be a delay before we receive your cancellation and all work is stopped.

3. Can I change my order?

You may make changes to your order at any time before you approve your job and it has been sent to production. Once your job is approved and it is in production, no changes may be made, without incurring additional charges.

4. How do I make changes to my order?

If you have not yet approved your order, you may make changes by submitting a request by emailing sales@dpilr.com or calling us at (501) 376-2200.

5. Can I request a faster turnaround after placing my order?

Depending on the status of your order and our current production schedule, it may not be possible to accomodate a faster turnaround time for your order. Please email sales@dpilr.com or call us at (501) 376-2200 and an associate can inform you if a faster turnaround is possible.

6. Can I change my artwork files?

If you have not yet approved your order, you may make artwork changes by emailing sales@dpilr.com or calling us at (501) 376-2200.

7. Can I change the quantity ordered?

If you have not yet approved your order, you may change the quantity by emailing sales@dpilr.com or calling us at (501) 376-2200. If you have already approved your job, then depending on the status of your order and our current production schedule, it may not be possible to change the quantity on your order. Please email sales@dpilr.com or call us at (501) 376-2200 and an associate can inform you a quantity change is possible.

8. Can I request a proof after placing my order?

If your order is not already in production, you may request a proof by emailing sales@dpilr.com or calling us at (501) 376-2200. If your order is already in production, it is not possible to provide you with a proof.

9. Can I change the shipping method after placing my order?

If your order has not yet shipping, you may change the shipping method by emailing sales@dpilr.com or calling us at (501) 376-2200.

10. What if there is a pricing error on the online store?

While we make every effort to ensure that all pricing information on the site is accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, please note that we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. In this case, if applicable, we will issue a refund to your credit or debit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.
