ORDER TRACKING
1. How do I track my order?

You will need to log in to your account in order to view your order history. Click the "online store" link in the navigation bar, then click the "My Account / Login" link. Enter your email address and password (and portal code, if applicable), then press the "Login" button. You will then see a list of all your current and past orders. Click the "Order#" link to see details about any of your orders.

2. How are orders tracked?

All orders are tracked throughout the process by the order number. This number is automatically assigned by the online store when you place your order. Please refer to this number whenever you have any questions about your order.
