Flush cut badges have lamination that only goes to the edge of the printed insert, making them potentially vulnerable to liquid seeping in between the laminate, unless the insert is printed on a synthetic sheet.
Edge seal Insert size is 4" x 6", finished laminated size is 4.375" x 6.5". Flush cut badges can be a variety of sizes.
