Weekends and major holidays excluded from Production Time. Production time for orders placed on weekends or holidays does not start until the following business day.

Cutoff time for Same Day orders is 10am CT. If ordered before 10am CT, the website will show the following business day as the due date, but as long as the order is in before 10am, we'll have it ready by that afternoon. If ordered after 10am CT, your job will be ready the following business day.

Cutoff time for all other orders is 3pm CT. If ordered after 3pm CT, production time begins the following business day.

For example, if you place an order on a Monday after 3pm, Same Day turnaround will be ready on Tuesday and Next Day turnaround will be ready on Wednesday.

Time may be added to your due date if there are complications with your artwork.

Large quantity jobs may require additional time than what's shown on the website. We will notify you if your job will require additional time to produce.
